LP Motion Science Lab

LP MSL Lite

Athletic performance assessment

Three tests on a pair of force plates, results on the spot. You will see how well your body produces force, absorbs it and holds balance — all of it measured in numbers, not in feel.

Our Belief

Performance origins from foundation

At LP Motion Science Lab, we believe that every bit of great performance comes from a solid, unseen foundation.

Through scientific assessments and professional analysis, we help athletes build strong foundations from the ground up.

About Motion Science Lab

What gets measured gets improved

LP Motion Science Lab is the movement research arm of LP. We use professional force-measurement technology to record exactly how much force your body produces and absorbs through each movement — the part the naked eye and subjective feel cannot see.

LP MSL Lite trims that down to three movements run by a single examiner, while still capturing enough data to show your strengths, your weak points and the gap between your two legs.

Every recommendation that follows is grounded in your own numbers.

Introduction

The entire assessment process in 20 minutes

The flow

How an assessment runs

  1. 1

    Check-in & questionnaire

The examiner walks you through the flow, reviews your questionnaire and confirms you can perform all three tests.

  2. 2

    Test execution

Bilateral jump, single-leg jump on each side, and eyes-closed single-leg balance — all on two force plates.

  3. 3

    Data processing

Five data records are processed on the spot. No waiting, no second visit to collect results.

  4. 4

    Report debrief

A bilingual 3-page report — performance index, foundation index and left/right symmetry — explained to you directly by LP specialists.
